It's skillfully made with the perfect blend of sourdough and lots of nourishing grains and seeds like rye, brown linseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and oats. We prepare this bread using traditional German methods, letting it mature for a long time to develop the best flavor. An artisan loaf with a semi-open crumb structure, giving you a lovely mix of textures.
